Good
Food was nice with a large selection.
Staff could have been more attentive. Had to inquire about my washing a few times. Seemed like some of the staff frowned about serving alcohol. Rooms were a little worn down. I booked a room with a double bed and they assigned me one with 3 single beds. Took them a day to redo the bed setting.

The hotel's standout feature was its beachfront location, while the food offerings were decent but somewhat limited in variety.

Great value for a great price
It was a great place to have relax and leisure, the cuisine was excellent and also the pool and the shore.
Unfortunately the hotel did not organize any excursions thus we needed to settle them with other partners, however, the stuff helped us.

Ripped me off!
The booking I made through booking.com stated exactly how much I should pay at the property including local taxes. I paid for the booking on arrival at the hotel. When I returned home I realised I had been overcharged, I had paid for the local taxes again, on top of the ones already included in the booking.com amount. I emailed the hotel asking for a refund of the difference and they refused. The booking.com voucher which I sent them explicity clearly states this is the amount to be paid at the hotel and itemises out that the price stated includes local taxes.
