Good
Food was nice with a large selection.
Staff could have been more attentive. Had to inquire about my washing a few times. Seemed like some of the staff frowned about serving alcohol. Rooms were a little worn down. I booked a room with a double bed and they assigned me one with 3 single beds. Took them a day to redo the bed setting.

Pleasant
The beach and the pool are amazing. The hotel is so big with a very beautiful garden.
The food is not that good. It includes the cheapest varieties. Since it’s a 4 stars hotel I’ve had better expectations than this. The drinks are not good they use concentrated drinks not fresh juices. I wish the staff were nicer especially at the pool bar.

Ripped me off!
The booking I made through booking.com stated exactly how much I should pay at the property including local taxes. I paid for the booking on arrival at the hotel. When I returned home I realised I had been overcharged, I had paid for the local taxes again, on top of the ones already included in the booking.com amount. I emailed the hotel asking for a refund of the difference and they refused. The booking.com voucher which I sent them explicity clearly states this is the amount to be paid at the hotel and itemises out that the price stated includes local taxes.
